Development and Design
Due to our many years of experience, we are able to develop complete solutions from initial ideas. Naturally, we also design based on your individual schematics or assist in their creation. In this process, we combine technical expertise with the use of modern CAD-CAM systems.
Manufacturing
Ekomat has a modern CNC manufacturing center with 5-axis and 3-axis milling machines. Step tools are available for all common valve types and materials. All control blocks manufactured by us are thermally or manually deburred, washed, inspected (free of burrs and chips), and ready for valve assembly.
Assembly and Testing
In our assembly department, we equip our control blocks either ready for installation with valves, sensors, and filtration or assemble complete units. The cell-structured setup in accordance with the principles of Kaizen ensures high process reliability with maximum flexibility.
On our test benches, we test all our products for leak tightness and functionality. This ensures consistently high quality and operational reliability.
